1. Scope of Service: How We Help

GoLearn Africa acts as a consultant and facilitator. Our services include: initial consultation, document review, application submission to selected institutions, visa guidance, and assistance with accommodation sourcing and arrival logistics (airport pickup). We *do not* guarantee university admission, scholarship awards, or visa approval. Final decisions are solely the responsibility of the respective university admissions board or the Kenyan immigration authority.

2. Student Responsibilities

The student is required to provide accurate, truthful, and complete documentation in a timely manner. This includes academic transcripts, identification, and financial support proof. You must also adhere to all payment schedules, both for GoLearn Africa's service fee and the university's tuition/deposit fees, as any delay may jeopardize your admission.

3. Fees and Payment Structure

Our service fee covers advisory, application, and logistics management services only. This fee is separate from third-party costs, which include, but are not limited to: university application fees, tuition and deposit fees, student visa application fees, travel insurance, and flight costs. All payments must be made via the secure methods specified by GoLearn Africa. Our service fee is considered fully earned upon submission of your application to the first institution.

4. Refund and Cancellation Policy

The GoLearn Africa service fee is generally **non-refundable** once the formal application process has been initiated (i.e., documents have been compiled and submitted to a university). Exceptions may be considered if GoLearn Africa fails to submit your application as agreed. No refunds of the service fee will be issued in the event of: voluntary cancellation by the student, failure to provide required documentation, visa denial, or a negative admission decision from the university.
